ttyTS, not ttyS...
Assuming you don't have any other TS-UARTs loading (i.e. on a daughter
card like the TS-RF2...)
COM3: ttyTS0
COM4: ttyTS1
COM5: ttyTS2
COM4/COM5 are only valid (and the corresponding /dev entries present) if
you have the OPT-2TTLCOM option; these ports are on the DIO2 header.
