There are 3 ports on the 7260 and two naming schemes

ttyAM0-2 are the normal ports

ttyS0-2 are the ports accessed through the tsuart driver.

ttyS0 is the main port with the db-9 device

ttyS1 is com2

ttyS3 is com3

As far as I know.

Did you mean /dev/ttyAM2? Anyway, the port marked as COM3 is /dev/ttyTS0
