Unfortunately, it's 'SYNC' recording mode does not = work for longer standby periods. So you had to use it's continuous recording mod= e instead. It also supports compressed MP3 recording at low bit rates which might help to save harddisk space. I guess that the potential artifacts introduced by the MP3 compression will not seriously affect your kind of an= alysis.
