Luke, Can you elaborate on what you mean by your statement that "the current birding websites are not meeting the demands of the modern birder"? I agree that no single forum, email list or website caters for all the needs of every birder. However, there are a broad range of internet sites available and, collectively, I think they provide a comprehensive service. I'm happy for you to point out the error of my remark if you think I'm wrong.
