How is that any more convenient than scrolling through a list of individual emails, reading, ignoring or deleting as appropriate? Replying is so much easier that way. The only time I can think it would be better is if the emails are getting mixed in with lots of other emails, and if you have no way to separate them. It's relatively easy to create a message rule to move them into their own folder automatically, given that they all have "[Birding-Aus]" in the subject line. Would anyone be interested in instructions for doing this in Outlook and Outlook Express? Any other mail programs? Peter Shute -------------------------- Sent using BlackBerry |
