As you are well aware that would be futile and I was not suggesting I
was about to call my lawyer.

My object was to raise the issue with Technologic Systems, thanks
again for their replies, and to make this issue visible to others who
may be thinking of buying a TS board.

If their stance is that TSlinux is just a demo they should say so in
the product description. That is not hte way it comes accross. It
would avoid quite of lot of the posts seen here where people have
clearly bought an unsuitable product - as you remarked earlier.

I was hoping it may nudge them to fix some of the more annoying
breakage and provide an update on the server unfortunately it seems
they think broken is acceptable.

TSlinux is very good upto a point but just let down by not being
finished or supported.

It's great shame , a little more effort would provide what they
advertise: robust boards with a bare-bones out of the box linux
installation that can be used out of the box.

I'd like to say again that I think the boards represent some
excellent design work. I have been able to get some very good results
off the hardware.

best regards to all.
