I'd second Chis' comments.

I've always found TS to be very helpful - although I always contact
them directly by phone when I have an issue - as this message board
was set up by ME and not Technologic Systems as a user self help board.

For my application I'm mainly working in user space and have had no
issues with the OS, and TS have been very helpful even when the issue
was my lack of Linux knowledge.

I have not found another company, other than maybe Netburner (whose
product line is not really the same lower end uCOS based not Linux).
who are as helpful without paying for their support, and even
Netburner expects me to buy a $100-$200 development kit each year to
keep their direct support.

There are normally enough technically competent users on the group (I
would not claim to be a linux expert by any means) to help out. I do
find the tone of some requests a little demanding at times - probably
due to language translation - which can be a little off putting if
they are expecting you to spend time putting together a response.

Anyway, let's get back to the regularly scheduled programing... ;)
