Charles, '...Better to make good recordings than spend all your time fixing bad ones....' We are talking a lot of time, with an inevitably compromised result at the = end of it...why bother? EM172's in a stereo array along the lines of Rob Danielson's work, plugged = into a Sony M10 or similar, will produce outstanding results.
