Hi Rob I fear you miss-understood what i meant when i wrote "To audition the 
material & add /modify the data one could ..."

I meant audition as in listen to & possibly see, nothing to do with Adobe 
Audition at all.

Agree SQL would be a good db format. As it happens

 who have had a PC only prog for a while are about to release a Mac vers & 
they have changed from a MS Access based dB to SQLite.
