  This is true.  It was not I who first made the generalization--
though it matters little. I asked for sensitivity specs about the mic
cited, which I hope we'll get. My "engineering" is limited to
comparing mic-pre combinations and getting puzzled when the little I
do know collides with the mass of what I don't. Rob D.
