For the record, I was able to figure out how to load the drivers with Brett's
help at Technologic Systems:

modprobe -o tseth2-1 ax88796b mem=0x200 irq=22
modprobe -o tseth2-2 ax88796b mem=0x240 irq=33

Now the interfaces from the TS-ETH2 show up when I type "ifconfig -a", but when
I actually try to bring the interfaces up I get an error:

ts7000:/root/ifconfig eth1 up
eth1: Unable to get IRQ 22 (errno=-22).
SIOCSIFFLAGS: No such device or address.

Has anyone had any luck using the TS-ETH2 with a 2.6 kernel?
