The TS-GSM1 peripheral does not connect to COM3 on the TS-7260, the tsuart7260
is specifically for the COM3 functionality. This is what you were asking about
earlier. If you want to use the TS-GSM1 you will need to use the
ts72xx_isa16550 driver...
