Not sure what your size/power requirements are, but you can get a lot
of board for under $100 these days. If you haven't take a look at
these as well:
Intel Atom based mini ITX:

Intel Celeron based mini ITX:

Development time with these can be so short because they work just
like a desktop computer (same hardware as most modern motherboards).
I've seen the Celeron based board at NewEgg for $64.99!
The pros and cons of using these versus an ARM based TS board are too
numerous to list here, but it's worth a look anyway.
We are sticking with TS boards for our current projects, however, the
BAT3 boards continue to plague us with problems. If we make any
headway there, I will be sure to post it to the group.
