Brad, thank you for posting this information, it is much appreciated.
 I will attempt to implement your fixes ASAP.

Have you had contact with Technologics about these fixes?  Are they
planning on implementing them on future boards?

Your binary is a nice solution, but a bit of a bandaid...Does anybody
have any insight into what the real problem is?
