I blame HTML versus Text format. My client replies using whichever format
is sent (often badly, sometimes it refuses to actually quote the message and
I have to do it manually). Seems like every e-mail client I've tried has at
least one thing that really bugged me - at the moment the ability to drag
and drop forwarded e-mails into my inbox is the deciding factor.
