Should work just fine. I've done some .net programming on Symbol XR480
RFID reader which had Windows CE inside. It had just about only telnet
interface (serial port was used for other things) so it was really
limited. The only real problem was that if the application threw
uncaught exception it would freeze and I would need to reboot the
device. Took a few tries to figure that one out :)
