Gautam,

I have not tried to perform the port to Win CE but I may have a need
if I'm to keep TS products in future solutions at my employer - the
corporate types and Microsoft (or is it Micro$oft?) say that you can
develop code faster using Windows (or is it Windoze?) products.

Check out, if you haven't already:

(Eighteen posts since Jan. 1, 2008... an average of about 1 per week -
look out world, here comes Microsoft to dominate another product
category ;) - Good luck contacting Microsoft and saying you've got a
Cirrus Logic EP9302-based board by Technologic Systems when you need
support, the answers going to be "Huh, what?" )

You'd have my support but I'm wondering just how much time it will
take to get proper support for the devices, i.e. device drivers. I
don't know the TS-7200 intimately so I can't help there. Certainly
anything that comes directly off the Cirrus Logic EP9302 should have
suitable support then you'd be helping anyone with the TS-72xx,
TS-73xx, and TS-74xx who are getting forced, like me, to abandon
future efforts to do Linux development on those boards.

I'm interested, at the very least, to get metrics (particularly BSP
port time) on the effort. I currently have access to a TS-7250, 7300
and 7400 and could help with verification on those platforms. I, as
you would too, need immediate support for on-board flash, and the
serial port. Soon after the Ethernet would be needed.

I think I've got all the Microsoft issues out of my system (for now),
so get to work on it and I'll let my bosses know that Windows CE
support is coming for the Technologic Systems board(s) - well, at
least the TS-7200, and then I tell them how long it's going to take to
write drivers for the TS-7250 (with the optional ADC), the TS-7300
(for the video and the FPGA implemented serial port and the closed
source SD card implementation).

Regardless, it would be nice to hear from Technologic Systems on their
Windows CE 6.0 support, in light of your and my comments since I named
all sorts of devices that would need support or at least documentation
for TS to implement on Windows CE.
