Triffid,

Good point. My need is the TS-7300 working which has video output so
let's work through that. I forgot, I thought for good, that Windows
has those kinds of gotchas (it's been about 3 years since I had to
deal with Windows CE).

Gautam, to proceed you may want to consider the TS-7300 or get the
video board from TS that will mount on the PC-104 connector of the
TS-7200 to help with the effort that way you'll know when you've got
Windows CE running because you'll get a pretty window to tell you 
when you've got the OS is running.
