The CMOS sensor I use is OV9630. I interface the 8-bit pixel data
(bayer format) to DIO0-DIO7, HREF signal (high means one line) to
DIO8, VSYNC signal (low means one frame) to DIO9 and PCLK (one cycle
means one pixel) to DIO15. The CMOS sensor clck frequency is 24Mhz (it
can be reduced to 12Mhz, 6Mhz... however).
Just now I rechecked the ts7300-opencore source code, and find that
0x72a00000 to 0x72fffffc can be freely programed. The space is large
enough to save a full frame (1280*1024). 
I'd like to keep TS-VIDCORE since I want to output image to a LCD display.
The datasheet of ov9630 will be sent to your email address in a minute.
