I thought for sure I read about disabling flow control, but now I
can't find it in the docs!  All three of the manuals have nominally
the same "Console and Power Up" sections, but it's not mentioned in there.

In fact, the "Zmodem Downloads" section of the TS-7250 hardware manual
suggests that hardware handshaking should be _enabled_ in
HyperTerminal for best results.  ??
