The mic input on the UHER is the DIN standard, and it does indeed have a 5v=
DC line available on it. So the Primo capsule idea sounds good.

Both of these can be had from FEL Communications in the UK (micbooster.com)=
. They won't beat a Rode NT1A on noise, but they're quieter than a number o=
f other mics I've plugged into my recorder. And at ~10 per capsule they're =
not going to break the bank.
