Jonas, Before you sell it, try both mics as a stereo pair pointing about 30 degree= s apart. My standard rig is two MKH 416's. By theory, they don't match off-axis, but I've got clean stereo from them as on: http://www.stowford.org/recordings.htm#nuthatch The following 'Thrush and Pheasant' also shows the controlled ambience of the rig.
