Yes, Dan, some 14-16 dbA depending on how it is powered.
But when I hear "small mic's" I tend to count mic's with a membrane
size of 4-8 mm only.
Even though the EM23 can be made "small-size" with capsule and all,
the active membrane is nearly 17 mm.
I think Gianni made some EM23 self-noise measurements...? (Are you there??)
