I think anthropogenic noise is an appropriate topic of discussion on this group, and I am interested in hearing viewpoints and recordings where they relate to wild animal communication, wild-animal community health, natural soundscapes, natural quiet, and even getting a little off topic =96 human community health. When I find time, I will try to put together something related to share, though it might take me a while. Walt you say: > After all people are just another species of animal, so are a subject > for "nature recording". I say: That is really messed up, I hope you are not serious. Honestly, what I enjoy recording, editing, and listening to the most are the natural soundscapes without people or manmade noise. So lets keep them coming. John Hartog |
