That's really exciting Greg. It will be interesting to hear the
imaging and body that the Holophone H2 Pro can produce with the
variety of locations you'll have to study. One has to appreciate its
compactness and ease of set-up and no requirement for processing.
There are a good number of people doing field recordings in surround.
If you're really curious, I bet if you cut off and uploaded 5, 1
minute full-res clips from a quiet location. people with 5.1
monitoring would be happy to give you some feedback on or off list.
