Have you come across Barbabatch:

It's not cheap, but it's a great bit of software - does exactly what it say=
s
on the tin (as they say)! It's set up to do batch processing and conversion=
,
covering most audio formats. Quality of f/s conversion is comparable with
Protools on the tweekhead setting (according to audio boffins on DAWMac
list). But it's pretty speedy. The only drawback is that there's not yet an
OSX version, though that's rumoured to be on its way.
