Bill,
I have been in contact with the Nomad people (Creative) and asked exactly
that question, and have been told that the previous limit was 10hrs of
continuous recording but that with the latest firmware update, the limit is
the space available on the Hard drive.
They also reckon on 8hrs of recording time with a freshly charged battery,
but with the option of slotting in a second battery, bringing this up to
16hrs.
I was unaware of the Neuros, but like the idea of swapping out the backpack=
,
and the car powered adaptor seems to open up possibilities of an external D=
C
power supply, according to the Nomad tech support you cannot run the Nomad
from an external supply.
