Hi Nikolas,
 There's currently wild
Peach-faced Lovebirds in Clare, SA that don't qualify, but if they went
unreported they could become a feral population and displace Purple-crowned
and Little Lorikeets in nesting hollows.

I often go birding in the Clare area - my daughter is a high school teacher there (and we lived there for 2 years in the 1980s)

Where have the Peach-faced Lovebirds been seen? I'd be interested in seeing them and trying for some photos.

I'm also interested in your comments re Little and Purple-crowned Lorikeets in the Clare region. In my experience neither is all that common there, whereas the Musk and to a lesser degree the Rainbow Lorikeets are far more common.

Perhaps I've been looking in the wrong places!

I'd be interested in your response.

Trevor
