I picked up a rechargeable spotlight from SuperCheap Auto for under $20.
From memory it was the 250,000 candlepower version which uses a 6 volt
4.5Ah SLA battery, and includes a mains plug-pack and a cigarette lighter
charging cable.  I'm happy with its performance, and its hard to beat the
price (little more than the cost of a replacement SLA battery.)
