Hi Mick, About a decade back I found traps set at a well-known Black-breasted Buttonquail site in SE Qld, I'm sure that there would have been no other possible quarry. Tom In my opinion poaching of quail is VERY unlikely to be a serious threat to any of Australia's quail or buttonquail. -- ******************************** Tom & Marie Tarrant Samsonvale, Qld http://www.aviceda.org ******************************** -------------------------------------------- Birding-Aus is now on the Web at www.birding-aus.org -------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message 'unsubscribe birding-aus' (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
