Try this :
http://www.xs4all.nl/~ernstagn/GPRS-HOWTO/

I had a TS-GSM1 with no LED blinking, but I was able to send SMS with it.
Network was OK, SIM was fine, but LED was not blinking.
I send the unit to Technologic System for investigation, and they fix the LED issue of the TS-GSM1 by
reprogramming on board CPLD...!!!  but they didn't investigate the root cause of this problem.

Bottom line, in my experience with TS-GSM1, even if the LED is not blinking, it doesn't mean the board
do not receive network signal.

Cheers!

After Putting SIM back to Nokia handset Now its showing SIM card registration failed and Network signal keep on fluctuating .I think TS-GSM Board Modem is faulty which make SIM card registration failed and Network problem while before that SIM is working with handset fine.
Any suggestion on this????
