After Putting SIM back to Nokia handset Now its showing SIM card registration 
failed and Network signal keep on fluctuating .I think  TS-GSM Board Modem is 
faulty which make SIM card registration failed and Network problem while before 
that SIM is working with handset fine.
Any suggestion on this????
