Hi
I have done dd image file to FLASH,
expand partition 3 with ext2resize,
check summed first 100bytes of image file on disk and on FLASH,
all was successful

Then I boot TS-7300 with this FLASH.
Fastboot was done correctly,
I wrote exit, then nothing happen (board freeze as usual)

Once, I cycled power of the board a second time, then made ls command after fastboot.
ls displayed files correctly
then I wrote exit, TS-7300 started boot correctly...!!!

It looked to me the delay between fastboot is done and when I write exit is important.
To verify that, I removed jumper J6, cycle power, board freeze...

Put back jumper J6, cycle power, wait 1minutes after fastboot was done, and wrote exit, board booted correctly...
Got the same behavior with a second FLASH card...!!!
What the hell is going on with this board ?

I think you need reread the doc and the info on the TS web site. If
you can state clearly that something is wrong email them. I suspect
you are just not understanding what you read.

No I don't think you have a flash problem but you need to read up on
the meaning of RedBoot, initrd and TS-Linux and get a basic
understanding of linux so that you have enough knowlege to verify if
you have a valid file system on your SDcard.

Until you reach that stage I dont see how we can help you.
