Update:
My mistake , now it works!
Here the way I got it working
1) Started Debian from USB Stick
2) loaded zd_b.o located in /lib/modules/2.4.26-ts11/kernel/net
insmod zd_b.o
3)started wlan
ifconfig wlan0 up
4)configured wlan0
iwconfig wlan0 essid ts7260 mode Ad-Hoc key off
5)set ip of wlan0
ifconfig wlan0 192.168.0.100
6)routed it to default gateway
route add default gw 192.168.0.1
finshed
now I set my laptop also in Adhoc mode
and ping, telnet, http to 192.168.0.100 works fine
