That's the only command you need of the first four you listed... after 
you have the kernel configured the way you want, then of course you have 
to run "make" to actually build the kernel.

Typically it will be the last file mentioned in the build process as 
that is the final product... I usually just copy and paste from the 
output of the build process into the appropriate spot in the dd command 
and then forget what it said... :-)
