Sorry... I initially misunderstood your message.  My development 7260 
is in a TS housing with the COM ports brought out to a panel of DE-9M 
connectors so I thought you were asking how to connect to those, not 
the header on the board. I would recommend the TS premanufactured 
header to D-sub cable assembly.  The price is very reasonable and the 
pinout is, of course, correct.

Incidentally, and I realize this is a lost cause, referring to the 
connector as "DB-9" is for computer store salesmen and their equally 
unsophisticated MS-IE-using customer base.  You are a savvy embedded 
ARM user and should use the correct term!  :)
