I know it's twin the RW800 which is almost the same thing without CD burnin=
g and an option or two with the USB formats.
I guess it all depends on how good your cassette recordings are and how muc=
h you value the quality in them, or not.
The cassette deck part of it will do a decent job. If you fancy the thing f=
or it's other features, go ahead, it'll get a job done, and then do a bunch=
of other stuff too.
As for the CD burning thing, check/ask if it'll handle 'normal' high speed =
disks. Some real-time CD burners ( e.g. HHB ) will only work with single ( =
1X - 4X ) speed disks which are becoming almost impossible to find.
I wouldn't choose this machine for a high quality tape transfer role but if=
it's cassette deck is the same as the 800, I can't really fault it either.=
The audio OUT from the 800 is OK with no nasty disappointments for a middl=
e of the road audio device.
