I bought a used Nakamichi 480 for the same purpose a year ago. 100 bucks CAD, I think. Very happy with it. The transport did need some exercise and a little lubrication. Do you need to decode any Dolby processing? That may play into your choice. IIRC, Teac often had the most options for that. |
