True. It's not that easy for me to get a demo either, and certainly not of
every model I'd like to try. I have to plan my moment when I can get to a
dealer, there are none my side of town.
When I tried the 7506s they weren't hooked up to the demo switchbox like the
Sennheisers, etc. They had to open a packet for me, and I had to plug them
straight into my recorder. I got the impression that they don't feel they need
to demo 7506s because everyone should already know what they're like. Those in
the industry probably do.
