Adobe Bridge will browse and process most sound (and video) files, although= it's used mainly to keep track of visual files (tiffs, jpegs, etc). You can rename, add keywords, descriptions, GPS, copyright either individua= lly or in batches. You can even listen to the files. It's not available as a stand-alone program, though.
