Peter,
I have dealt with Headphonic in WA, they have an excellent website
with comments on all the headphones they sell, they offer advice and
free trials, and have competitive pricing and free delivery.
One of their recommendations for my needs (open back) were Audio
Technica AD700 'Air' which I purchased and which are the most
comfortable headphones I have ever worn, they do not press against
your ears or head, the sound is great, and your ears can breathe.
Just thought I'd mention it, might be of interest to others.
