Not trying to start an argument but. WHOIS has the following info on both 
domains

The .com address was created on March 27 this year (by Hempton)

The original post about this was on 21 April. If Bernie's story aired 2 weeks 
before that date, March 27 is before the story aired.

The .org address was created in September 2008 by Mark McKown.
