Hi all, I have to digitize a lot of tapes (around 700) at the Bioacoustics Lab of the Universidad de Costa Rica. I would like to get some advice about the best way to do it. Looking up on the web I came across the Tape2PC device (http://www.ionaudio.com/tape2pc), and it seems like it may make the task a little easier and =93cleaner=94. However it doesn=92t state if you can digi= tize at sample size of 48 kHz or higher. So I would like to know if someone has already try this device. Any other advice about tape digitizing is more tha= n welcome. By the way, you are also welcome to share your Costa Rican or Mesoamerican recordings with us Marcelo Araya Laboratorio de Bioac=FAstica UCR |
