yes, I copied Curt Olson's rig as far as possible from the photos:-

It's been excellent and I've worked intensively in rural and urban settings=
 on a variety of projects.

The only improvement I can think of, and this is beyond my technical means =
just now, would be to get some very light but strong alloy and make up a 's=
niper's kitbox' affair - you know, the kind of thing the sniper puts togeth=
er on the rooftop in 20 seconds - click. twist, snap and you have a beautif=
ul robust head spaced array with the cables up the inside of the boom and w=
hich all that packs away neatly and weighs very little.
