Welcome and Hello Jeremy ...thats how i felt when I found this group also. I agree with you about the AT3032, It looks to be a mic worth considering. I have not used one but a few weeks ago my ears pricked up when I heard Paul Jacobsons very nicely captured recording of a dawn chorus somewhere around Victoria Australia (if I remember correctly). I think Paul used a pair of these mics in a 'curt clone'rig. Worth doing a search for in the message archives. I suggest you have a listen to that. I was recently looking over the details of these mics too and they look to be fairly cheap. I'm sure Paul would be able to offer more info which I too would be interested to know. good luck clint |
