Line out yes but you would be better off with a professional device for the 
best quality analog to digital transfer. Motu and several others make good 
units. If this will be a one-time thing, you might consider renting a piece of 
equipment. IN terms of software, Sound Soap would do the job and is fairly 
inexpensive.
