Rich - Which external batteries do you use? Wired to Hirose? Are you
pleased with them? This seems a good option - I'm considering a battery
pack with selectable voltage outputs such as:

And would also like to find a way to distribute that power to multiple
devices (mixpre, wireless receivers). Probably the best way is just to buy
a BDS or some such, but as always trying to save money.
