Thanks Bruce!  that was my impression from reading past posts.

I have read the file specs for WAV files; they are intrinsically RIFF, and=

also can have as many as 255 channels all delivered to simultaneous
frames.  I have NEVER seen a WAV file that uses any more than 2 channels.
Whyzzat?
