I use Audition 1.5, and I love the marquee tool for frequency specific edits in the spectral view. You can easily cut out sound like fly/mic collisions and paste in from a clean section, as though you were cutting and pasting in a photo editor. Supposedly, with the 2.0 upgrade you can draw a polygon rather than only a rectangle. I notice TechSoup offers Adobe Video Bundle to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation or Canadian Registered Charities at a very good price, though many restrictions apply. http://tinyurl.com/n35kk Video Bundle includes both Audition 2.0 and Encore DVD 2.0. -John Hartog |
