Sorry about the difficulty. The capsules are
supposed to be interchangeable in the field. My
183 caps and C122 cables came separately and both
screwed together easily as I recall. A little
machine oil or other light-weight oil perhaps? If
there's paint, run a razor around the seam? Other
thread cleaning tricks, anyone? Rob D.
